Our Story

The essence of flavour, served like royalty

  • RasaSanskrit for the essence and soul of taste — the depth in every spice, every simmer.
  • RayaThe king. A promise of generous portions, grand hospitality and a regal setting.

Rasa Raya was born from a simple belief: Indian food deserves a stage as rich as its flavours. Our kitchen brings together the slow-cooked gravies of the North, the fiery spice of Andhra, the smoke of the tandoor and the wok-tossed favourites of Indo-Chinese cooking, all under one roof in the heart of Mangalagiri.

Step inside and you are greeted by jewelled elephants, emerald pillars, brass lanterns and hand-painted walls that tell stories of palaces past. Whether it is a family Sunday lunch, a celebration or a quiet dinner for two, every guest is treated like a king.
